Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using weavesbyadvaya.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and Descriptions

We take considerable care to describe and photograph every saree accurately. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor calibration
• Minor natural variations in handloom weave, colour, and texture are inherent to the craft and are not defects
• Each saree is a unique handcrafted piece

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

No Credit Policy: All payments must be made in full in advance. We do not offer credit or deferred payment terms.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Orders and Fulfilment

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases within 5–7 business days.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory to report any damages or missing items. Before opening any delivery, record a continuous, unedited video starting from a 360-degree view of the sealed, unopened package — shipping label visible throughout. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for requirements.

Care Instructions

All Weaves by Advaya sarees are delicate handloom and silk products. Dry clean only. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, home washing, or failure to follow care instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, design, and the Weaves by Advaya brand — is the property of Weaves by Advaya and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced or commercially exploited without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
