Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeline

Domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, or as per the agreed delivery date at order confirmation.

Domestic Delivery (India)

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates only. Weaves by Advaya is not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Insurance Options

We offer two options at checkout — choose based on your preference:

Standard Shipping (DTDC, ~99% Success Rate): We use DTDC, which maintains a high delivery reliability rate. By choosing this option, you acknowledge the approximately 1% transit risk. Weaves by Advaya is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during transit for uninsured parcels.

Insured Shipping: Request Transit Insurance at the time of purchase for 100% financial protection against transit loss or damage. If you did not explicitly request and pay for insurance, your shipment is processed under Standard (Uninsured) terms.

International Shipping

For international orders, we offer two options:

Direct International Shipping: We declare the actual invoice value on all export documents. We do not undervalue or misdeclare shipments. Customs duties, taxes, or processing fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs.

Delivery within India (for NRI Customers): We can deliver to a relative or friend at an Indian address. Billing and shipping will be made in the name of the Indian recipient only. Any onward international shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every saree is wrapped in heritage tissue paper, placed in a protective sleeve, and dispatched with a care card. International orders receive additional protection inside the outer carton.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damages in Transit

Report any loss or damage within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Email support@weavesbyadvaya.com or WhatsApp +91 78800 73304 with your order number, photographs, and your unboxing video (required for all claims — see Returns Policy). Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
