Every saree in our collection carries a Silk Mark — India's official certification of pure natural silk, issued by the Central Silk Board. The registration number of every tag is recorded and available to any buyer on request. No certification, no listing.

We purchase directly from the weaving families themselves — no brokers, no bulk distributors, no marketplaces. This means our provenance chain is short, traceable, and honest. It also means weavers receive a fair price for their work, not a fraction of it.

If any saree you purchase from us is found to be other than what we have described — in silk content, zari grade, or weaving technique — we will refund the full purchase price. This is not legal boilerplate. It is a personal promise from two founders who have built their reputation on it.

We ship domestically and internationally. Every saree is wrapped in heritage tissue paper, placed in a protective sleeve, and dispatched with a care card. For complete peace of mind, you may opt for Transit Insurance at checkout — 100% financial protection against loss or damage in transit.

We stand behind the quality of every saree we ship. If you receive a saree with a verified manufacturing defect — fabric flaw, significant colour discrepancy, workmanship damage, or wrong product — we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Before opening any delivery from us, record a continuous video starting from a 360° view of the sealed, unopened package — shipping label clearly visible. Keep filming without interruption through the full unboxing. This video is your proof of delivery condition and is required for any damage or defect claim.
